I need help with Windows Tablet Pc. I bought a Dell laptop. There is a program called Windows Pc included in my soft wear. I want to use this program but I have a few Qs.
How do I write on it? Do I need to buy a separate item? like a pad that is hooked to my laptop? please help. thank you.
